About Lausey Advisory Firm

We've grown from a Health IT focus into a full cybersecurity advisory practice — built around the belief that strong security should enable digital progress, not stand in its way.

Our purpose
To help organizations and developing economies build trusted, secure and resilient digital environments.
What sets us apart

What makes Lausey different?

Five things that shape how every engagement gets done, regardless of client size or sector.

Executive Perspective
We translate cybersecurity into leadership decisions.
Technical Depth
Our advisory work is grounded in real cybersecurity engineering and compliance experience.
Development Orientation
We believe cybersecurity should enable — not obstruct — digital development.
Measurable Outcomes
Risk reduction should be measurable.
Capability Transfer
Sustainable cybersecurity requires local ownership and knowledge.
Our mission
Lausey Advisory Firm helps organizations and institutions understand risk, strengthen digital trust, and build sustainable cybersecurity capability.

Organizations today carry technology risk they did not choose and often cannot fully see — across regulatory obligations, digital infrastructure, and an evolving threat landscape. Our work is to make that risk legible at the level where decisions get made, and to leave behind capability that outlasts the engagement.

Our vision
A digitally connected world where cybersecurity enables — not constrains — economic development, innovation, institutional resilience, and public trust.

Cybersecurity is too often framed as a brake on progress. We are working toward the opposite — where secure digital infrastructure is what makes economic development, public service delivery, and institutional trust possible in the first place, in developed and emerging economies alike.

What drives us

Core values

The principles every engagement is built around, regardless of size.

01
Accessibility
Enterprise-grade security shouldn't be reserved for organizations with enterprise budgets. We scope every engagement to be genuinely within reach.
02
Integrity
We tell clients what we actually find, not what's easiest to hear, and we never inflate findings to justify additional work.
03
Rigor
Every assessment and recommendation is grounded in real practitioner experience, not a templated checklist run on autopilot.
04
Clarity
Security findings are only useful if people can act on them. We report in plain language, with technical depth available when needed.
05
Partnership
We treat every engagement as the start of an ongoing relationship, not a one-time transaction that ends when the invoice is paid.
06
Accountability
We track our own recommendations through to resolution — remediation that's tracked and re-reported, not a report that's filed and forgotten.

Akouete M. Vossah
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Vossah is responsible for administering financial plans and budgets, ensuring that Lausey Technology complies with all applicable standards, requirements, internal controls, laws, codes, regulations, and organizational policies.

He oversees and manages the company's day-to-day financial and business operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, risk management, and general support services. His work behind the scenes keeps the operational side of the business running smoothly, so the technical team can focus fully on client engagements.

He has served in financial leadership roles prior to joining Lausey, bringing a disciplined, standards-driven approach to how the company manages its own risk — the same rigor Lausey applies on behalf of its clients.

Kathia Dedry
Kathia Dedry
Sr. Compliance Analyst

Mrs. Dedry has more than seven years of experience in security policy and compliance. She develops and implements security policies and validates security compliance against those policies, helping clients reduce the real-world impact of security threats rather than just check a compliance box.

She assists in prioritizing, defining strategy, and managing identified security Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), translating audit findings into a clear, sequenced plan clients can actually act on.

Mrs. Dedry prioritizes clear communication above all — making sure clients understand not just what needs to change, but why it matters, so compliance becomes something their whole team can support rather than a document that sits in a drawer.
