About Lausey Technology

Founded in 2017, Lausey Technology is a growing leader in Information Technology Security, with a primary focus on Health IT. Our unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier security solutions has driven us to expand our expertise into the broader realm of Cyber Security.

In today's digital landscape, small businesses and nonprofits face the same threats as major enterprises — with a fraction of the resources to defend against them. We're dedicated to bridging that gap, providing reliable services and expertise that smaller organizations can actually access, understand, and trust.

How we help

Our approach

A comprehensive process built to close the gap most small organizations face when it comes to security.

Vulnerability assessments
Identifying weaknesses across your systems before someone else finds them first.
Detailed reporting
Comprehensive reports that outline your security posture in language your whole team can follow.
Risk mitigation
Targeted remediations that address the most critical risks first, not just the easiest ones.
Flexible solutions
You manage the timeline for implementing additional security measures, at a pace that fits your budget.
Vulnerability assessments

Every engagement starts with understanding where you're actually exposed. We combine automated scanning with manual review across your networks, applications, and cloud environments, looking for the kinds of gaps automated tools alone tend to miss.

Findings are prioritized by real business risk, not just a generic severity score — a critical vulnerability on an isolated test server matters less than a moderate one sitting on a system handling customer data.

You get a clear picture of where you stand before we talk about what to fix, so every remediation decision that follows is grounded in your actual risk, not guesswork.

Detailed reporting

A security report only helps if the people who need to act on it can actually understand it. We write findings in plain language first, with technical detail available for whoever needs to go deeper — your board shouldn't need a security background to follow what we found and why it matters.

Every report includes a summary of your overall posture, a prioritized list of findings, and clear next steps — not just a raw scan output with hundreds of unranked items.

Reports are built to be a working document your team can return to, not a PDF that gets read once and filed away.

Risk mitigation

Finding problems is only half the job — closing them is what actually reduces your risk. We build a remediation roadmap that tackles the issues most likely to cause real harm first, rather than starting with whatever happens to be quickest to fix.

Where possible, we provide specific, actionable remediation guidance your team can implement directly, not just a list of what's wrong. For anything more involved, we can support implementation directly or work alongside your existing IT team or vendor.

The goal is measurable risk reduction, tracked over time, not a one-time list of recommendations that never gets revisited.

Flexible solutions

Not every organization can — or should — fix everything at once. Once we've prioritized your findings, you decide the pace: address critical items immediately and phase the rest in over months, aligned with your budget and staff bandwidth.

We're not interested in selling you a security program you can't sustain. Every recommendation comes with a realistic sense of effort and cost, so you can plan rather than react.

As your organization grows and budget allows, we're available to pick the pace back up — the roadmap doesn't expire.

Dr. Yawo O. Kondo
Dr. Yawo O. Kondo, CISM, DIT, MSIT, MSHAI, CCSK
CEO / CTO

Dr. Yawo O. Kondo is a cybersecurity professional with 8 years of progressive experience across Information Technology, Electronic Health Records (EHR), cloud services, and enterprise systems architecture. His background spans cybersecurity, InfoSec, data management, system design, risk assessments, contingency planning, security test and evaluation reporting, and vulnerability assessment reporting.

He holds advanced knowledge across major compliance and security frameworks, including NIST, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, and applies that depth to every engagement Lausey takes on — from initial risk assessment through to long-term remediation planning.

As CEO and CTO, Dr. Kondo sets the technical direction for Lausey Technology and leads the team's approach to client work, with a particular focus on making enterprise-grade security practical for organizations that don't have an in-house security team of their own.

Akouete M. Vossah
Akouete M. Vossah
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Vossah is responsible for administering financial plans and budgets, ensuring that Lausey Technology complies with all applicable standards, requirements, internal controls, laws, codes, regulations, and organizational policies.

He oversees and manages the company's day-to-day financial and business operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, risk management, and general support services. His work behind the scenes keeps the operational side of the business running smoothly, so the technical team can focus fully on client engagements.

He has served in financial leadership roles prior to joining Lausey, bringing a disciplined, standards-driven approach to how the company manages its own risk — the same rigor Lausey applies on behalf of its clients.

Kathia Dedry
Kathia Dedry
Sr. Compliance Analyst

Mrs. Dedry has more than seven years of experience in security policy and compliance. She develops and implements security policies and validates security compliance against those policies, helping clients reduce the real-world impact of security threats rather than just check a compliance box.

She assists in prioritizing, defining strategy, and managing identified security Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), translating audit findings into a clear, sequenced plan clients can actually act on.

Mrs. Dedry prioritizes clear communication above all — making sure clients understand not just what needs to change, but why it matters, so compliance becomes something their whole team can support rather than a document that sits in a drawer.
